I have had a lot of questions about joining Jamberry over the past few months. So I thought it would be a good idea to collate them and create a joining Jamberry FAQ’s post. I hope this helps answer any of your questions about Jamberry. Please also feel free to share this with any prospects you may have who want their questions answered. If you have any questions that aren’t included on this list then please do add them in the comments and I can answer them and add to the joining Jamberry FAQ list 🙂

How much are the nail wraps?
A sheet of nail wraps is £15 / $15 / C$19 / A$22 / NZ$24 / MXN300
So how many manicures does one sheet do?
One sheet breaks into 2 manicures, 2 pedicures plus some leftover for accent nails. Or you could have it all as manicures and have 4 manicures. You will need to cut the larger wraps down to the size of your nails but it’s very easy to do. Here’s a visual so you can see what I mean:
What is the commission percentage?
It is 30-40% depending on how much your total sales for the month reach.
Is there a time of the month that’s best to join?
This really depends on your goals for your business. We have an awesome Fast Start incentive for new consultants that can have some bearing. The first level of it encompasses the month you join and your first full month. So if you join at the beginning of the month you have longer than if you join at the end. However, if you’re raring to go, planning to build a big business and have some time to commit to launching your business then I don’t think it matters when you join. I hit this first level within the first few weeks of joining. The thing to think about is, the best time to join is when you’re ready. Don’t delay it because later or earlier in the month is better business. When you feel ready and excited about the business is the best time, because that’s when you will do the work needed to hit these awesome incentives.
Of course if you’re joining as a hobbyist with no intention to build a team then it doesn’t matter when you join.
What is this Fast Start incentive?
Great question! It’s an awesome programme Jamberry has for you as a new consultant. It’s a great way to get more FREE product! Whoop! The incentive consists of hitting certain sale and team building requirements within certain time periods.
Do many people fit this around their full time job?
Absolutely! And I am one of them! I work full time in my family business as a luxury bathroom designer & sales person. We have ladies on the team that work as teaching assistants, child minders, shop managers, within corporate HR roles, some are full time students at university. We also have full time stay at home Mums on the team, and those that stay at home with their kiddos and have a couple of side hustles, including this 😉 The beauty of Jamberry is that it is exactly what you want it to be. It can be a full time career, or a part time hobby. Or anything and everything in between. If you want this to become something really big then that is totally possible, with some hard work and determination this can be a job that gives you a full time income with part time hours.
How easy is it to sell?
I find it very easy. I am enthusiastic about the product and I believe in it. Also, we are our own best marketing tools as we’re wearing them all the time. So we actually get people asking us about them. Personally I find once you’re coming from a place of offering something to someone to help them, or to solve a problem, then it becomes very easy. If you do it from a place of benefitting yourself more than the customer then you’ll find it very hard. We teach our team to ensure they are always coming from a place of value and service, with their customer’s best interests at heart. That is what will help you find it easy and natural to sell, not pushy and hard.
What are the earnings like?
We cannot promise huge earnings from this, and anyone that does is misleading you. Something like this is all about how much time and effort you can put in and what your goals are. If your goal is to earn enough to pay for a cleaner, or babysitter, or dance lessons; then that’s totally doable. If you want to completely change your life then that’s doable too. If you’d like to discuss this further then I would recommend booking in a call with me, Cat, and we can discuss what your goals are and whether you think this would be a good fit.
When do you get paid?
A very important question! We get paid every Friday for our weekly sales. That is our basic 30%. Then on the 10th of the following month we get our bonuses. That includes any extra earnings from sales (you can earn up to 40% dependent on your monthly sales – so that extra % comes on the 10th). Also we get over overrides from our team sales, Fast Start bonuses, promotion and matching bonuses. If you’d like to know more about the 5 different ways to earn with Jamberry then please schedule a call with Cat using the form above.
How soon will I receive my starter kit?
Jamberry’s shipping policy in the UK is 3-5 working days. We find out starter kit is usually nearer 3 than 5 working days as they’re are ready and waiting in our shipping warehouse it actually get’s out on the road quicker than orders do which need to be hand picked. In the US our shipping policy is 6-10 working days, being such a vast country it can take some time for items to get to some areas. In Canada, Australia & New Zealand we say 6-14 working days. Mexico is 3-5 like the UK. These same shipping times apply to regular orders too.
Are there any minimum requirements to remain a consultant?
You must reach at least 600 PRV (Personal Retail Volume) in any given rolling 12 month period to remain active. For more information on this click here.
Will I receive training?
This is one of my favourite questions to answer, because the answer is YES! There are so many ways you will receive training to help you succeed. Jamberry has a wonderful training programme called Jamberry University and it will help you with all the key steps in making your business grow. As your mentor and sponsor I am also here to help you with training. In Team BossBerries we offer regular training in our Facebook group covering all sorts of things. Some examples include: booking events, creating your FRANKS and BEANS list, sponsoring, booking parties, planning for success etc. There are also some in person training events throughout the year.
Do I need to keep inventory/stock?
This is totally up to you. It’s not something we recommend when you first get started as we want you to get your investment on your kit back as soon as possible before you reinvest back into your business. It does depend on how you want to run your business though, if local events are your thing then having some stock may be useful. However with over 300 designs, and new ones being released weekly, you’re guaranteed to not have the one wrap design someone wants! With orders taking just 3-5 working days in the UK your customers are likely to be happy to wait. If you end up having some key popular designs you may choose to stock up on them, but there will never be any pressure from us to do that.
When I run out of essential items such as catalogues do I have to re-purchase more myself?
The short answer to that is yes. Jamberry does have an amazing incentive scheme where we can earn marketing material credits from our sales each month and that can go to purchasing new catalogues and other such items. Personally I am yet to pay for any new catalogues!
How much are catalogues?
They are £6.50 / $6.50 / AUS$10 for 10 catalogues (CA, NZ & MX prices to be added).
